In 2007 Eurostar International train tickets from Ebbfleet first went on sale. A drive in cinema was setup and hosted in 2008 to celebrate the successful launch of Eurostar services from Ebbsfleet.The event was a huge success and attracted over 1200 people invited to the shows, where they were entertained by various performing artists and the film screenings.
